How long will the Freemotion Freemotion t10.9b Reflex last?

With a major 487 lb. assemble weight, the Freemotion t10.9b Reflex treadmill can hold users up to 400 lbs. and with its over 7’ long footprint, requires a dedicated space for workout purposes. It is designed for commercial settings and can hold up quite well with multiple operators despite its rather low home warranty. The warranty covers 7 years on the frame and motor, 2 years on parts, and 1 year on the console and labor. Keep in mind, unplugging your machine after each use and maintaining proper care will extend the life of your machine.

Brief Overview

The Freemotion allocated more of their budget resources for their display budget with the t10.9b Reflex edition. The console also offers a quick sync button for users with iFit memberships to create their interactive experiences when they link their smart devices to the treadmill. It also offers an optional 15.6” personal HDTV screen to increase the entertainment options on this machine.

Overall Quality

The Freemotion t10.9b Reflex treadmill offers tremendous workout experiences for both walkers and runners and is designed to last with multiple users. While the console is still rather simplistic, it is a definite upgrade from the t10.9. There are 44 built in programs designed for peak performance and with the iFit membership, and each time the same user steps up to play, a new personalized workout is launched to help them stay tuned to their fitness goals. Instant response buttons also are conveniently located so users can quickly adjust incline, decline, and speed.
The t10.9b offers a revolutionary design with its reflex technology, making it perfect for avid walkers and seasoned runners who want to mix up their workouts. Each impacted step is rebounded with this design, essentially boosting the user into their next step time and time again. The running surface is roomy enough for most lengthy strides with a 21.5” x 60” measurement and there are no worries concerning performance with its 5.0 HP motor. Users can reach up to a 15% incline along with a 12 MPH max speed and during sweaty exercise, are cooled by the detachable fan. Other standard features include dual water bottle holders, 3.5 mm audio jack, USB charging port, and a heart rate monitor accessible through the handlebars.

Conclusion

The Freemotion t10.9b Reflex treadmill has a durable frame with commercial graded parts and offers high cardiovascular and low impact workouts to a multitude of users from the beginner to the advanced. It is designed for commercial gyms and in a residence, would shine like the star it is. We do find the home warranty to be sadly lacking in such a pricey unit with other manufacturers offering longer motor warranties and lifetime frame warranties. Keep in mind, the iFit membership is also a monthly charge in addition to the almost $7000 cost of this treadmill. All in all, this is a powerful machine and is a solid treadmill model offering from Freemotion despite its low warranty offering.
