1. Your relationship with Treadmill Doctor
Your use of TreadmillDoctor.com, (hereafter referred to as "Treadmill Doctor") products, services, and web sites (hereafter referred to as "Services") is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and Treadmill Doctor whose primary business location is 1333 Kansas St. Memphis, TN 38106 USA. This document explains your agreement with Treadmill Doctor. Unless stated otherwise in writing, this is the entire agreement. This agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and Treadmill Doctor in relation to your use of Services. It is important that you review the entire agreement carefully.
2. Accepting the Agreement
In order to use Services, you must agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. You may not use the Services if you do not accept this agreement in its entirety. You can accept this agreement by:

- Using any of the Services of our web sites.
By either of these actions, you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. You may not use the Services if you are not of legal age to enter into a contract, you are not legally able to accept the terms of our agreement, or you reside where local laws do not allow you to legally enter into our agreement. You should print a copy of these terms to save for future reference. You agree to be bound by the English version of these terms. Treadmill Doctor is constantly updating and improving our Services and you understand that our Services may change at any time without notice. As part of this improvement, Treadmill Doctor may choose to cease offering certain portions or all Services at our discretion. You may stop using Services at any time without notifying Treadmill Doctor. Your cessation of use of Services does not relieve you of the obligations under this agreement.
3. Use of Services
Some portion of our services may require registration. If you are required to provide information to use a particular Service, you will keep your information correct and up to date at all times. You agree to use Services only for purposes that are outlined in this agreement. You also agree not to attempt to use Services other than a standard web interface. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts any of the Services. You agree not to modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, create derivative works, or resell the Services for any purpose unless you have received permission in writing from Treadmill Doctor.
4. Copyright
You understand that all information contained on any Treadmill Doctor web site or any correspondence with Treadmill Doctor including email, letters, etc. is the property of Treadmill Doctor unless stated otherwise. Content, including advertisements, is protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by Treadmill Doctor or our advertisers. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, or in any other manner distribute or create derivative works based on our content or that of our advertisers unless you have written permission from the property owner in a separate agreement.
5. Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and understand that Treadmill Doctor owns all legal right, title, and interest in and to the Services. This includes intellectual property rights, whether the property is registered or not and wherever in the world those rights exist. Treadmill Doctor provides you with a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use the Services. This is solely for the purpose of using the Services as outlined in this agreement.
6. Exclusion of Warranties
You understand and agree that use of Services is at your sole risk and the Services are provided "as-is". Treadmill Doctor does not warrant that:
- Services will meet your requirements.
- Use of Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or free from error.
- Information obtained by you from our Services will be accurate or reliable.
No advice or information obtained by you from Treadmill Doctor or from our Services shall create a warranty. Treadmill Doctor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Treadmill Doctor shall not be liable to you for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages which may be incurred by you however caused and under any theory of liability. This includes any damages you may receive as a result of transacting with one of our advertisers. You understand that some of our Services are supported by advertising and you agree that Treadmill Doctor may place such advertising on the Services.

25% applies to the shipping charges only. This discount does not apply to any prior sale. This offer may be revoked at any time. Cannot be combined with any other offer.
9. WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY
Shipping Limits
- Treadmill Doctor ships orders anywhere in the United States and its territories. We also ship to Canada daily. Shipping to other parts of the world occurs upon request by customer. We do NOT collect brokerage, customs, duties, and taxes for international shipments INCLUDING Canada so please be aware you will be responsible for these charges. Some products are limited in availability in some areas due to manufacturer's limitations.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
- This warranty covers parts purchased from TreadmillDoctor.com against defects in material and workmanship when they are used for their intended purpose, under normal conditions and provided the unit they are installed on receives proper care.
HOW LONG DOES THIS WARRANTY LAST?
- TreadmillDoctor.com branded parts have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise specified on the website.
- Non-electronic parts carry a 30 day warranty, from delivery date of original order
- Electronic parts carry a 15 day warranty, from delivery date of original order
HOW WILL TreadmillDoctor.com SATISFY THIS WARRANTY?
- TreadmillDoctor.com will provide a replacement part at no additional charge (excluding the cost for shipping the part back to us) for any part found by us to be defective due to workmanship or materials, provided you follow the stated return policy listed below. Note: We replace defective or damaged parts; we do not provide full refunds for defective or damaged parts. If you wish to RETURN a defective or damaged part rather than have the part replaced the refund is subject to both restocking and electronics inspection/testing fees.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
- This warranty does NOT cover:
- Parts for Residential equipment used in a Commercial or Income producing locations (Health Clubs, Hotels, Corporate Fitness Centers, Schools, Senior Centers, or Home-Based Personal Training)
- Parts subjected to misuse, abuse or neglect, as determined by TreadmillDoctor.com
- Parts altered, tampered with or damaged during installation or shipping. If your part was damaged during shipping you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt.
HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT PART?
- Call TreadmillDoctor.com at 800-750-4766, within the above specified warranty period, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have the RA number you will be required to return the item within 15 days. ALL RAs EXPIRE 15 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE. After we receive and inspect the defective part, we will ship out a replacement part within 30 days. NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse replacement of the part if the item shows signs of not being covered by the warranty as noted above. Any parts returned to us that are determined to not qualify for replacement can be returned to you if you provide a return label for the return shipping of these items. We will hold the items for 30 days after you return them to us, after 30 days we will dispose them.
HOW DO I GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER?
- Call us at 800-750-4766 to obtain an RA number to return parts. We will require you to provide the brand, model number and serial number from the exercise equipment when you call. You must have an RA number to return parts to us. Parts returned without an RA WILL be refused and shipped back, collect, to the shipper.
RETURNS
- RA for a refund must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product (15 days for electronic parts).
- All returns (except for defective parts) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns for electronic parts (except defective parts) are also subject to a 30% electronics inspection/testing fee.
- The RA number must be written in 2 locations on the outside of the box.
- A signed copy of the original packing slip must be inside the box.
- Return the part, with shipping pre-paid, to TreadmillDoctor.com, 650 N. Main Center, Suite 1, St. Charles, MO 63301. Note: NO COLLECT packages will be accepted, you must pay the return shipping.
- Any package that is refused or un-deliverable to you will be charged return shipping to us by the shipping company. We will deduct this return shipping from any refund that you are entitled to receive.
- Only non-used parts can be returned for a refund; if you install it, you own it. The above defective parts warranty is still in effect and we will replace parts returned and determined by us to be defective.
- We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges on any returned items; this includes defective parts.
- Refunds for parts that put the remainder of an order below the $25 minimum order will be adjusted to meet that minimum requirement for the rest of the order. Minimum order fees are never refunded.
- You may be required to send a picture of the model number/serial number from your equipment and parts comparison pictures for some RAs. If pictures are requested and the part is returned to us before pictures arrive, the RA will be handled as a normal refund and subject to both restocking and electronics inspection/testing fees.
- Allow up to 30 days, from our receipt of the package, for your refund to be processed and issued back to you.
- A $25 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to TreadmillDoctor.com. We aggressively defend against charge backs and allow collections agency to collect on our behalf.
- We always suggest using a trained service technician to diagnose, repair and maintain your equipment.
- Note: We start researching issues immediately after the required information above is received from you; however, please allow up to 30 days from that date to determine and correct valid issues presented to our research team.

10. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover as credit card options. We also accept cash, checks, and money orders made out to Treadmill Doctor via US Mail for any prepayment of an order. To order please mail your order to Treadmill Doctor; PO Box 18576; Memphis, TN 38181-0576. We do accept purchase orders from select Federal, State and Municipal governments, Hospitals, and Colleges and Universities. Purchase orders are not accepted from any other type of organization.
11. OUTSIDE FITNESS REPAIR SERVICE COMPANIES
The information provided to you for service/repair from an outside service provider is intended for general informational purposes only. Treadmill Doctor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any services provided by external service providers. Users should exercise their own judgment and discretion when engaging with external/third-party service providers. By receiving this information from Treadmill Doctor, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or outcomes related to any outside service provider. Thank you!
