FreeMotion t7.4 Treadmill Review

treadmill Doctor Note :

Great components and high quality construction. The addition of the reflex deck is well worth having. It has a feel that is unlike any other cushioning system on the market.

One of the better options on the market in the $4000 range. It is feature packed and hopefully you can get better service from a dealer than you would get directly from Icon. If you are paying this kind of money for a machine, I would hope so.

The Freemotion t7.4 is a very good treadmill selling for $3,499. It's a high quality machine with all the features you could ask for. You can do better in the price range, but it won't be easy. This model was the 2nd runner up for our Best Buy award in the treadmills sold between $3,000-3,999 category.

The walking area is one of the largest you find in today's market. The belt is 22" x 60", which is 2" wider than most treadmills. This may make it more comfortable for users that have a wider stance.

The motor is decent. It doesn't produce a significantly greater amount of power than several of the cheaper models, but you don't find many better motors than this one without paying another $1,000, with a few exceptions.

The cushioning system is amazing. Reflex Cushion Technology uses composite construction to reduce the impact running has on your joints and back. This allows it to absorb vibration and flex with each foot strike. You're not going to find a better cushioning system in any treadmill we reviewed. Some people have complained that it has a bouncy feel, however.

The projected reliability is decent but not particularly impressive in this price range. You can definitely find some cheaper models that we expect to out last this one. You get high quality parts with this machine, but it's not like you're getting a great deal on them.

If quietness is a concern for you, you should give this model a look. It's one of the quietest treadmills you're going to find.

The warranty is very good for the Freemotion t7.4. Labor is covered for 2 years, parts are covered for 10 years, the motor is covered for 20 years, and the deck and frame are covered for life. This is the kind of warranty you hope to see in a treadmill that sells for $3,499.
