Will This Part Fix My Treadmill?

Why Diagnosing First Matters
The Real Cost of Guessing
When customers guess and order the wrong part, it often leads to more problems such as:
- Lost time waiting for returns
- Triples the shipping costs
- A broken treadmill still sitting in your garage, interrupting your fitness routine
Understanding the Restocking Fee
Treadmill Doctor offers flexible returns but mis-ordered parts are subject to a restocking fee and cannot be returned dirty. This fee helps cover handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Tip: If you're returning a walking belt, make sure it’s clean and unused — otherwise, it can't be returned. The Most Common Mistakes We See
- Ordering by the model name and not the complete model number
- Ordering the belt when the issue is the motor
- Ignoring strange noises or smells
- Replacing one part when two are failing (e.g., belt and deck)
- Not calibrating newly installed control boards
- Not lubing the walking belt at regular intervals (Every 3 – 6 months)
