Problems Leading to Belt Replacement

Over time, the treadmill belt may experience wear and tear due to regular use, misalignment, or improper lubrication. Common problems that may necessitate belt replacement include:

• Fraying or cracking: Over time, the belt's surface can become worn, frayed, or cracked. This can cause slipping, uneven running, and safety hazards.
• Uneven wear patterns: If the belt isn't aligned properly or the treadmill is used excessively on one side, it can wear out unevenly, leading to instability and potential damage.
• Belt tracking issues: The belt may not track straight, causing it to rub against the sides of the treadmill deck, leading to excessive wear and noise.
• Belt friction: Lack of proper lubrication can cause increased friction between the belt and the deck, leading to wear and tear.
