The Sunny SF-E3982 Carbon Programmable Elliptical offers a total body, low impact workout and is a good start up machine for a beginning user. It has a belt drive system and a light 13 lb. flywheel providing smooth transitions between 16 levels of resistance and offers full motion in the handlebars though the stride is somewhat limited at only a 16” length. Stationary handlebars help with balance and capture heart rate information which is transmitted to the console to be readily displayed along with a few other points of pertinent performance data. The console also contains 21 built in programs and holds a device for those looking to be entertained during workout fun.
