Who Manufacturers Merax Treadmills?

General Information:Another importing company that brings in everything from home goods to pet supplies to luggage to treadmills! According to their website, they were founded in California in 1995 and still have offices there and around the world. To give them just a bit of credit, this is one of the few import companies that actually have a website, put their address on it, and have a way to contact them for help.

Manufacturing Philosophy:These are sold only for the very lowest end of the mass market. The designs are attractive but the parts quality is so low you shouldn’t expect to get any appreciable life out of the treadmill if you use it like you would any other regular treadmill. They put just enough into it to call it a treadmill and nothing else.

Company Outlook : Since they are selling worldwide, they may hang around because apparently, there are people born every day who believe they can buy a treadmill in the $200 to $300 range and can have it last.
