One of the best choices of a treadmill in the $1300 price range. Great looking new package for a carried-over proven drive system.

The Livestrong 13.0T is a good treadmill. At 1,299 it's a really good value. If you're looking for a solid treadmill that won't break the bank, give this model a look. It was the 3rd runner up for our Best Buy award in the $1,000-1,299 price range.

The walking area is a nice size. The belt measures in at 20" x 60", which has become the standard belt size in today's market. This should be big enough for larger users to exercise on comfortably, without altering their stride.

The motor is okay. It's capable of generating a decent amount of power, but there are a few models priced below $1,000 that have similar capabilities. It can reach speeds of 12 mph, which should be enough to challenge most runners.

The cushioning system is pretty good, but not spectacular. The MaxComfort system is used to eliminate some of the impact that running places on your joints and back. You can find similar systems in models ranging from $900-1,500, which suggests that it's appropriate at this price.

The projected reliability is good. It's about what you'd hope for in a machine that costs this much. To find a treadmill that has a significantly longer life expectancy, you'll have to pay almost $1,000 extra. The quality of parts used is impressive for a $1,299 model. It's one of the reasons this is a good choice in the mid-range treadmill category.

The amount of noise this model makes is a little below average. At this price, that's pretty good. You can find some similarly priced models that make less noise, but you'll usually lose some quality in other areas.

The warranty is really good on the Livestrong 13.0 T. In-home labor is covered for 2 years, parts are covered for 5 years, and the frame is covered for life. This is exactly the kind of coverage you hope for when paying this much.
