How long will the Woodway 4Front last?

The Woodway 4Front is a commercial treadmill that will stand up against any competitor due to its top-of the line model features, outstanding components, and upgrades available for those who need them. A heavy user will get many years from the machine. With a weight of 445 lbs. this treadmill was built with durability in mind, yet the warranty is sadly lacking in this price range with only a 5-year drive motor and belt, and 1 year for labor. Other high-end treadmills offer life-time warranties, though, so shopping around before purchasing might net better deals. The tank tread design though leads to very limited wear on the machine.

Brief Overview

The 4Front is a great addition to a long list of Woodway products that are innovative, durable, and comfortable. It offers an outdoor running experience with Slat Belt technology for low impact workouts every time. The 4Front is an outstanding treadmill, but at its hefty price you might be better off with another treadmill if your budget is not the price of a used car. While we do appreciate all that this model has to offer and feel confident about recommending it for those who are looking specifically for one treadmill to last a lifetime, you may not be a crypto millionaire.

Overall Quality

The Woodway 4Front tracks are a unique advancement in treadmill technology. While the typical single loop design has been used for decades, Woodway utilizes individual vulcanized rubber slats that create an absorbing workout space with a roomy area of 22" x 68" running space. The durability and effectiveness are ten times longer than other brands due to their patented Slat Belt system-which allows you serious comfort while working out without worrying about damage or wear on yourself or the treadmill.
The Woodway 4Front treadmill is a high-quality piece of equipment with excellent features, but it's expensive. With its huge display and sleek design (the 4Front offers 3 console displays and other numerous upgrades from speed capacity to incline) Woodway is a leader in the treadmill market. Standard incline of 15% with 25% optional. Elective speeds start at the standard 12.5 MPH and go up to 18 MPH and there is even a reverse option for hospital purchases. Amazingly it comes with a 400 running max weight capacity and an 800 lb. walking max weight capacity.
