Overall Quality

The Schwinn AD6 Airdyne is a winner for most people as it is only as challenging as the user personally makes it during workout sessions. It offers both upper and lower body exercise and puts users in control of their own training intensity with an unlimited amount of resistance levels. It is built for comfort with an oversized saddle and self-balancing pedals with larger foot straps for security purposes. The console looks slightly out of place in the overall design but offers pertinent performance information including captured heartrate data. It even holds a water bottle for hydrating during intense workout sessions.
