We guess the new C designation stands for "Cheap." If that was the meaning Proform was right on the money.
Cheaper parts put into a beautiful package make for what we hope will bring many new customers to us for parts. Although when you get to the $800 price point, you would think you'll get at least some parts with a higher quality level, it simply isn't the case with this machine. Yes, they spend more money on it than on a $500 machine but they still put a fractional HP motor if it is tested in the real world, cheap drive system parts, and costs cut from every area imaginable.
