The Proform Carbon E7 Elliptical offers commercial grade quality workouts in the comfort of a home setting with magnetic resistance that extends silent functionality during workout sessions. The flywheel weighs 25 lbs. and allows smooth performance through 24 levels of high-intensity resistance while the 19” stride keeps users up to almost 6-feet tall comfortably exercising with a premium range of motion. Targeting a full body workout, the E7 has a unique incline ability that is adjustable up to 20-degrees through conveniently located buttons which also control resistance levels for quick changes during workout sessions. Use of the iFit subscription permits coaches to take control of resistance and incline during training phases keeping consumers trekking on oversize, padded pedals that adjust in height for a multi-user household.
