Overall Quality
The E5si is a new model from Nordictrack that is sold through Sears, Sears.com, and NordicTrack.com. This is a decent unit that doesn't inspire any great sense of urgency to buy. I would stick with the variable ramp designs that NordicTrack makes so well.
