Brief Overview

The Lifefitness X5 is a slightly scaled-down version of the X7. The big difference is the fixed stride adjustment in contrast to the electronic stride adjustment on the X7. If you don't want to have to get off of the machine to change your stride then buy the X7. For our money, the X5 is a great value ... err that is if you really don't care what you spend on your elliptical.
