LifeFitness believed in their Platinum Club Lifecycle so much they made 2 of them one is upright and the other is recumbent. We do know that the build is at least strong, despite all the other issues we have with the Platinum Club Upright this bike should last a moderate to heavy user a long while.
LifeFitness created this bike with good features, and even so, the description of others is not easily found. However, LifeFitness does offer one of the best warranties of the bikes reviewed in this price range. We do imagine this bike will hold up with appropriate upkeep even with an active user.
The LifeFitness Platinum Club Upright Lifecycle has several nice facets, but it is just the Recumbent with a different seat. Hence, we put the LifeFitness Platinum Club Recumbent in as our Third-Place 2021 Best Buy winner for the $4000 and up price range.
Life Fitness included some neat components on this bike. The twenty-one-inch screen is the first thing that demands one’s attention. At twenty-one-inches, the user can view their preferred TV shows, or get lost in the scenery on the screen. Forty-Two fitness programs make certain that you will never get bored with this bike. Additionally, twenty-six levels of resistance make for a challenging work. Subsequently, LifeFitness offers one of the most noteworthy warranties of the bikes reviewed in this price range. The warranty is a lifetime on the frame, three years for parts, and one year for labor.
But we are going to stop right here because we feel as if we are writing the same review as the recumbent. All they did was change the seats and take $500 off the price tag. LifeFitness could have improved their upright bike by using that $500 to include a better console or maybe some other better feature. They could have done something to allow the upright to standout.

In all reality, the battle between an upright or a recumbent comes down to your personal preference and needs. If you are older or just trying to maintain your fitness levels, a recumbent bike would be better for you. But if you are in the market for an upright bike, then the LifeFitness Platinum Club is a good option. With that said, we would have liked to see LifeFitness add more to make this model stand out. Accordingly, we have placed the LifeFitness Platinum Club Upright Lifecycle in our Third Place 2021 Best Buy slot for the $4,000 and Up category
