How long will the LifeFitness Club Series + C last?

The LifeFitness Club Series + C treadmill is a brute of a machine with a large footprint and a weight of 434 lbs. It holds users up to a 400 lb. max and is built with a brushed stainless steel and aluminum frame that is painted with a corrosion, stain, and chemical resistant coating. The Club series is designed to last and offers a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor, 10 years on parts, 1 year on labor, and 6 months on cosmetic items. Moderate users who know how to properly maintain their investments should get many years of exercise from this hefty machine.

Brief Overview

The LifeFitness Club Series + C treadmill is the basic club series treadmill with a simple LED console that enables users to just get on and go to town and has an easy-to-use interface with 4 built in workouts. It is designed without entertainment options and comes with a hefty price tag and generous warranties on the frame and motor. Even without the warranty, many features on the Club Series + C are commercial grade and will stand up to repeated use time and time again.

Overall Quality

The LifeFitness Club Series + C treadmill has a significant amount of quality offerings despite its lack of technological features. The motor is a 4.0 HP AC motor, which is powerful and capable of keeping up with a moderate to heavy user who has multiple weekly workouts. Those that feel the need to stretch their legs can do so on the 22” x 60” running surface while getting up to max speed of 12 MPH which a decent speed for most athletic workouts. The side rails are an impressive 24” long which is quite handy when reaching a top incline of 15%. Truly it is better to have something to grab on to rather than flailing and possibly causing injury while climbing during exercise peaks. Eight shock absorbers are designed with the deck system to offer maximum comfort on impact keeping stress on joints at a minimum. The Club Series + C also comes with a seamless design allowing it to fit directly into any modern home. LifeFitness requires a white-glove install with this purchase and if you do not honestly have $7000 to plop down on a treadmill you can finance through their website and pay by the month.

Conclusion

The LifeFitness Club Series + C treadmill is one of the display options in the LifeFitness Club series family and is has a basic console that invites users to hop on and simply get started exercising. It has a truly high price tag and is not made for the budget-conscious purchaser who desires entertainment options. In this price range it falls short in the technological section even though it is a decent, solid treadmill that is truly functional in every other way. When spending this amount, buyers should be aware there are other options with interactive technology available with little to no price difference.
