Do yourself a favor and remember that Keys is bankrupt before you buy one of their machines.
Why would you pay $3000 for an iffy machine from a bankrupt manufacturer? Instead, take your money into your back yard, set in on fire, and I'll bet you will get better value.

About 5 years back, a friend gave me one of these ellipticals and I have had very little issues thus far. However, I am beginning to have a problem and cannot seem to be able to find anyone to service it. When I start the machine it seems okay, but after a few minutes and increasing the level, the machine shut off. Any suggestions?
