Th Red LED shows the connecting status for 120V power going into the Control Board's L1 and L2 connector. If this LED does not light up, it means there is no power going into the L1 and L2. That means the problem is between the power switch to the control board.
T Greed LED shows the connecting status between the computer to the control board. If this does not light up, it means there is no input from the computer to the control board. So it is either the wire connection between the console to the control board that is bad or the computer itself is bad.
