Console Buzzes on My Treadmill

Includes Keys, Ironman, Alliance, Milestone, Encore, HealthTrainer, some Smooth models, some CardioZone models, Galyans, and several other brands.

Console buzzes while I am working out or anytime the treadmill is plugged in.

1. The transformer that powers the console is defective.
2. You will need to remove the motor cover and the transformer on these will typcially be mounted to the frame apart from the board.
3. It is very simple to unscrew the old transformer, screw in the new transformer then just swap the wires.

Power the machine back up and the new transformer will solve the problem.
