Built from sturdy steel, the Spirit XE295 Elliptical weighs a solid 187 lbs. when fully assembled and holds up to a substantial 400 lbs. maximum capacity. It is engineered for moderate to heavy use and will last more than a handful of years if not more with proper care and maintenance. Brief Overview

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical is a step up from the XE195 and comes with updated features and a longer parts warranty. Additional programs and ergonomic multi-grip handlebars along with extra performance feedback makes the XE295 a perfect workout companion in any home setting for a budget-friendly price. Overall Quality

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical is a commercial grade fitness machine designed for home use. A front drive system includes a heavier 30 lb. flywheel that guarantees continuous smooth operations between 20 levels of resistance engineered to provide high intensity workouts. The XE295 has a 20” stride for users of most all heights to properly benefit from the elliptical exercise motion made possible with the natural moving position of the inverted 2-degree angle on the oversized pedal. The adjustable console holds a 7.5” screen that displays 11 points of performance data with a pleasing blue back lit color that is easy to read. Also included are 10 built in programs targeting building higher cardio strength and burning fat. The XE295 is Bluetooth capable and readily connects to the Spirit Fit app for automatically uploading workout data when exercise is complete. Joe Cegala- Spirit Fitness XE295 leakingMay 28, 2020

I have enjoyed my Spirit Fitness XE295 however it started leaking what appears to be oil after having it less than 3 years. Parts are covered but I will have to pay labor for someone to come to the house to check it out. Wondering if this is an aberration or a defect others have experienced.
