The Xterra FS1.5 Elliptical has an adequate 17.6 lb. flywheel that provides smooth performance through 16 levels of resistance aimed at intensifying workouts. The 14” stride is rather limiting for taller folks but users shorter than 5’6 will enjoy the exercise fun. The FS1.5 has both a forward and backward motion to target different muscle groups and offers comfort with the ergonomic handlebars and pedals. Stationary handlebars acquire heartrate information displayed on an easy-to-use console while moving handlebars assist in upper body toning. The console has a 5” LCD screen that contains 14 preset programs targeting cardio health and mushy muscles while displaying 9 points of workout information.
