While the warranty is really too short for a machine like this, the Costco lifetime return policy more than makes up for that deficency. All in all the RL7.0 is a good deal.

At $699, you know the Reebok Super Ramp RL 7.0 isn't going to be an excellent elliptical. Still, this low price is a good value for this machine. It was the 2nd runner up for our Best Buy award in the $400-699 category.

This is one of the most ergonomically correct ellipticals sold for under $1,000. It compares favorably with several models that cost a few hundred to a few thousand more than this one. The adjustability isn't bad, either. The stride length can be set anywhere from 19"-21", which should provide enough options to allow it to comfortably conform to users of varying sizes. Having this natural range of motion, combined with the ability to make these types of adjustments, is really unheard of when paying less than $700.

The projected reliability of this machine isn't exactly great, but you can't really complain about it at this low of a price. There are models that an extra $1,000 or more that we don't expect to hold up any longer than this one. The quality of parts is the same story. It's not especially good, until you consider how little you're paying.

The noise level is exactly where you'd expect for this price range. It's going to make some noise during operation, but if this isn't your primary concern, you most likely won't find this to be a problem.

The warranty on the Reebok Super Ramp RL 7.0 is pretty sad. The limited warranty covers parts and labor for 1 year, as well as the frame for life. The problem with this warranty is the coverage on parts. If the manufacturer is afraid to cover parts for longer than 1 year, you have an issue. Luckily, Costco offers a lifetime return policy, which makes it easy to overlook the lack of coverage from the warranty.
