The Reebok 1210 is a solid design and a decent machine but their customer service is awful.
Overall Quality
The Reebok 1210 comes with an excellent warranty but good luck if you plan on using it. This is the company where we know of incidents where they have taken up to 6 months to resolve customer warranty issues. If they machine never breaks you won't have a problem, but if it does ... BOHCA.
