Brief Overview
A great value but don't think this is a runner's machine. You would be better of with one of the Sam's or Costco units for about the same amount of money.
Overall Quality
If you are going to do anything that will break a sweat you will need a more robust treadmill. As we have been known for our bluntness, this treadmill cannot hold up to the rigors of regular use by anyone serious enough to know what heart rate training is.
