Overall Quality
The Proform 14.0 CE, like all Icon rear drive ellipticals is based on Precor's excellent design patent for ellipticals. The design is outstanding and the motion of the machine is excellent. The drawbacks are the substandard reliability of the machine overtime and the poor customer service you will receive if you need it. That being said you are only paying $800 so if you want to have the whole package be prepared to spend more money.
