MOBIA ELLIPTICAL REVIEWS
General Information:Nautilus has been a company in flux to put it mildly. Overall, the machines that they make are quite capable. You pay for the name but that is also the case with many other recognizable brand name companies in this business. It seems that they have turned the corner in their reorganization. Edward Bramson, the new CEO, seems to have a good handle on what is going on. Costs are being cut in the right areas and poor performing divisions have been jettisoned, sold, or closed so it looks like they are taking the right steps to get the ship headed in the right direction.
Manufacturing Philosophy:The Mobia product is a copy of the Bowflex TreadClimber but from what we saw, it used higher quality parts so if you like the concept of the TreadClimber, you get a better quality of a machine by going with the Mobia- but you pay for it.
Company Outlook : Nautilus' new CEO, Edward Bramson, really seems to have the Nautilus company's act together. They have worked hard to cut costs, shed unprofitable units, and focus on the parts of the company that have the potential to make them a strong company again.
