Lifefitness T3 Track Console Treadmill Review

treadmill Doctor Note :

New design is very nice and certainly not overstated. If you are into using the programs, it is well worth the $400 extra over the Go model. Lifefitness is arguably the best with their programs.

A solidly built unit with the creature comforts you expect with Lifefitness. Not a great treadmill but not bad either. Kind of like a turkey sandwich... great if you are really hungry.

The Lifefitness T3 Track Console is a solid treadmill. At $2,999, it's not exactly cheap, but it's fairly price appropriate. The Track Console offers a lot more programs than the Go Console does, but it will cost you an extra $400. If using programs is your thing, you'll find this version to be worth the extra money.

The walking area is a good size. The belt measures in at 20" x 60", which is the standard size walking belt on most of today's treadmills. This should provide plenty of room for larger users to run on without altering their stride.

You get a decent motor with this model. This power producing capability of this treadmill beats out many of the other treadmills that cost $3,000, but you can find better while paying $1,000 less if you know where to look. Speeds of up to 12 mph are attainable, so even experienced runners should be able to challenge themselves.

A disappointing cushioning system is found on this machine. FlexDeck Shock Absorption System is used to reduce the impact that running has on your joints and back. This is the kind of cushioning system you expect to see on models that cost $1,000-2,000 less than this one does.

As far as projected reliability is concerned, this treadmill does really well. Not many models in this price range have a life expectancy that's longer than this one. The quality of parts is also nice when you consider the cost.

The warranty on the Lifefitness T3 Track Console is good. Labor is covered for 1 year, electrical and mechanical parts are covered for 5 years, the motor is covered for 10 years, and the frame and Lifespring shock absorbers are covered for life. This kind of coverage displays a good amount of confidence in this treadmill on the part of the manufacturer.
