How long will the LifeFitness F3 Go Console last?

For a folding treadmill, the LifeFitness F3 Go Console has a decent weight of 264 lbs. and can hold users with a max weight of up to 350 lbs. LifeFitness offers a lifetime warranty on the frame and shock absorbers, 10 years on the motor, 5 years on parts, 3 years on the console, and 1 year on labor. It is designed for light use by shorter consumers and will allow power walkers many years of workout experiences with proper care and maintenance.

Brief Overview

The LifeFitness F3 Go Console is the basic selection in the F3 series and is limited in its technological options. It is hefty with a footprint of 6.5” but folds to optimize space and has four wheels for easy mobility. The F3 Go Console treadmill is assisted by springs that lower the treadmill to the floor to keep injury at a minimum considering the heaviness of the frame. Quality elements abound throughout this treadmill and make it competitive with other brands despite its limited technology specs.

Overall Quality

The LifeFitness F3 Go Console treadmill is not designed with runners in mind and is best for shorter individuals who want to powerwalk their way to optimal fitness levels. While the running space width is an ample 20” – the length is 55” which makes stepping on the motor cover a distinct possibility with lengthened strides. No worries on impacts though, as LifeFitness provides a FlexDeck system that lessons stress on joints and knees. The motor is a decent 3.0 HP but the speed maxes at 10 MPH which is low for a treadmill in this price range. Most competing brands offer 12 MPH and have 15% incline while the F3 only offers 12% elevation.
The LifeFitness F3 Go Console treadmill offers a soothing, blue-lit LCD screen and can hold 2 user profiles to maximize present workouts with previous performance stats. There are 12 built in programs designed to kick cardio exercise in gear but this treadmill is not compatible with the LFconnect app which is disappointing as it holds a $3000 price tag.

Conclusion

The LifeFitness F3 Go Console treadmill, while built with durability in mind, is rather limited in its features both functionally and technologically for most users. It is designed mainly for beginners or those just returning to the fitness world and need a simple start up operating treadmill. If you are just wanting to purchase a LifeFitness because of the brand name, a closer look at the many models offered in just this price range alone will help narrow down features that are important to each users individualized fitness journey. Even the F3 comes with a more high-tech option with the addition of the Track Console for an extra $400. In this price range there are many competitors that offer similar features in terms of function which makes comparing them ever so important before purchasing.
