Icon is making units with HUGE motors, touchscreen displays, and beautiful designs that make treadmills that cost twice as much like lesser treadmills. You might ask, what's the catch?!? The answer is that they are the mass market manufacturer that has decided to make higher quality units but they brought their mass market service to the high quality treadmill business. Think about the last time you dealt with AT&T customer service. If your experience was like mine, your next experience with Icon's customer service will put you through the wringer.
