Overall Quality
A lot of times manufacturers and retailers will claim commercial quality on their machine. These claims are dubious at best most of the time. The 11.6's claims are not dubious. It is a commercial machine and the price you can purchase it at gives it a very reasonable value. While the motion of the ellipse is not the greatest, it's not bad either. All in all, this is a very nice elliptical with exceptional features. If you are going to buy a Freemotion elliptical we would suggest that you purchase one of their light commercial or commercial versions. The good quality in these machines will probably make sure you won't have to deal with Freemotion's customer service which is poor.
