Who Manufacturers Athlon Treadmills?

General Information:Athlon is a recent newcomer to the treadmill business in the USA beginning in 1997. One major concern with this brand is how long the product will be supported in the USA. Their treadmills are in line with those machines in its price range.

Manufacturing Philosophy:Looking good appears to be the major concern with this brand. The machines have a great industrial design for the look but the quality of the components leaves something to be desired.

Company Outlook : We don’t expect to see Athlon around for much longer than 2007 but they could surprise us. It seems they have made most of their rounds in specialty fitness and many of the mass retailers have turned to Horizon for a low-priced alternative to Icon.
