These ellitpicals from Proform are not for people who are serious exercisers. That being said they will give you a decent value for your money if you are just getting started and trying to find out if you are going to stick with it. If you do, you will quickly outgrow this unit but you will get an acceptable amount of usage first. This is a good elliptical for the average person who will use it a couple of times a week.
