How long will the Octane XT3700 last?

The Octane XT3700 is built to last for years with moderate use yet comes backed by an incredibly low warranty which is rather disappointing considering the price range. It is a massive machine, weighing a full 342 lbs. when fully assembled and holds up to a mighty 400 lbs. of workout capacity. Octane covers the XT3700 with 3 years on parts and 1 year on labor. Despite the attached wheels, the XT3700 is not easy to move so a dedicated workout spot in a climate-controlled area would add to the life span of this machine.

Brief Overview

The Octane XT3700 is a commercial-grade workout machine with a massive frame and full of quality amenities for the larger-budget purchaser. Consumers can choose between a standard console, or a Smart console depending on their needs and added costs. The XT3700 is engineered to last so the lack of warranty coverage on the frame is disconcerting to say the least.

Overall Quality

With a longer 24” stride length, the Octane XT3700 is appealing to all heights with taller individuals fully benefiting and shorter individuals fully stretching during workout sessions. The front drive system has a reinforced frame and works seamlessly to transition between 30 intense levels of high-intensity resistance. The multi-grip handlebars are patented with a converging path motion that assists with upper body toning of alternate muscle groups missed by typical moving handlebars. Side steps are located on the bottom back frame that allow users to safely step off and focus solely on upper body workouts.
