The C 12.9 is the best of the front drive NordicTrack machines and that's not saying much. If you're in this price range and want a NordicTrack we would recommend that you get the A.C.T. Commercial 7 or the FreeStride Trainer FS5i. You'll thank me if you do.

Purchased this elliptical 3 months ago and still haven't gotten it working. Nordic Track has sent me 3 different parts including a new resistance motor and still no luck. Now they refuse to issue a full refund and are charging a $400 restocking fee (almost 30%). Also, expect hour-long waits on the phone and multiple days for response through email. Should have gotten a Sole.
