Detailed Description
Sensor Replacement Instructions



The incline motor typically does not have to be removed in order to change the sensor. Follow the attached instructions in order to replace the sensor in the motor.

1. Unplug the treadmill from the wall and remove the motor cover.

2. Remove the sensor harness from the power board and immediately plug in the new sensor in place of the old sensor.

3. Remove the black plastic cover from the incline motor.

4. Remove the sensor from the slot in the incline motor.

5. Insert the new sensor in place of the original sensor.

6. Replace the black plastic cover on the incline motor.

7. Plug in the treadmill, recalibrate the incline, and test the incline.

8. Use the enclosed (zip tie) to bundle excess wiring.

9. Replace the motor cover.
