The design of the Horizon 7.4 AT treadmill is styled toward both walkers and joggers alike and comes with quite a few updated features from its predecessor the 7.0 with a slightly larger screen, longer running space, and an increased motor specification, but the console is not a touchscreen, and you still must bring your own streaming device to the party. The 7.4 comes with free access to fitness apps that offer in-app purchases such as Peloton, Studio, and Zwift as most manufacturers know that in-home training is the wave of the now… not just the future.

The 7.4 AT has the Johnson technology digital drive system that works to keep lags at a minimum and comes with an upgrades 3.5 CHP motor for smooth performance. Sprinters, whether tall or short, will have plenty of room with the extended running area measuring 22” x 60” as sometimes longer strides are needed to reach that fitness peak.
