Why Buy a Treadmill Doctor GymTough® Equipment Mat? A soft vinyl mat, like most other companies offer, works fine as an anti-fatigue mat with the weight of a person standing on it but, in our testing, when you put the weight of a treadmill and user on the mat, the soft vinyl compresses down to 5 hundredths of an inch (0.05”) in the areas where the treadmill rests. The results of our testing tell us that soft mats should never be used under fitness equipment. Our GymTough® brand mats showed no signs of compression, even in our club testing. Our GymTough® brand mats come with a 5 year or longer warranty while most competitors offer 1 year or less. Our GymTough® Flex mats have a 5 year warranty. Our GymTough® Dura and GymTough® Max mats have a Lifetime warranty. We also don’t fuss with our Lifetime warranty…if it is defective, we will send you a new mat, no questions asked. If your house burns down, send us the mat ashes and we’ll send you a new one. We offer better pricing and margins on our GymTough® brand mats. Unlike competitor mats, our GymTough® brand mats have at least keystone pricing or better. In quantity, you can save even more to gain even better margins. Also, TreadmillDoctor.com will not retail our GymTough® brand mats for less than the suggested price we list on your price sheet so you don’t have to worry about competing with the factory like you so with some mats.
