Treadmill & Elliptical Blog
Welcome to Treadmill Doctor's treadmill & elliptical blog! We are starting this blog due to the changes in the fitness industry. It used to be that the industry product introductions were dictated by the big trade shows, but now new products are coming from manufacturers all year long. The increased importance of mass market retailers to the industry has also changed the dynamic making product MSRP less important and the actually sales price more flexible. All of this means good news to the American consumer, but it also increases confusion when you are trying to find the best treadmill or elliptical for you. This blog is designed to let people know when a new product worth looking at is out, what retailers are running really good product specials on decent equipment, and other information that would be important to consumers like CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) recalls. We will blog the information that we learn and when you have something important to contribute please email us at doc@treadmilldoctor.com or edoc@treadmilldoctor.com so we can inform other consumers. Thanks for visiting the Treadmill Doctor Blog!

Treadmill Doctor would like to announce the settlement of a legal dispute between our company and Mat Nastos A.K.A Treadmill Sensei. The terms of the settlement include, but are not limited to the following: Mat Nastos agrees to the stipulations contained in Treadmill Doctor’s lawsuit alleging that Mat Nastos did, through his website www.treadmillsensei.com, infringe on Treadmill Doctor’s copyrights. He also agrees that he did—through various communications with individuals in the fitness industry—libel, slander, and commit defamation of character upon Treadmill Doctor’s reputation in the fitness industry. Nastos further agrees to transfer the website www.treadmillsensei.com to Treadmill Doctor including all trademarks, copyrights, and content from his site. Nastos also agrees to leave employment in the fitness industry for a period of no less than five (5) years.
In consideration of this settlement agreement, Treadmill Doctor has agreed to drop our $1.5 million dollar lawsuit against Mr. Nastos and wish him and his family well in their new endeavors. Since Treadmill Doctor does not operate affiliate websites, we are currently entertaining bids for the website www.treadmillsensei.com. Any person wishing to submit a bid this website, please contact Woody Fisher at woody@treadmilldoctor.com.
