SportsArt offers the electronic stride adjustment on the E 821 as a reason to purchase the unit. We see it as a reason not to. SportsArt has had some problems with the electronic stride adjustment when under heavier use or when used by heavier individuals. The feature is just not worth the future repair costs associated with it.
