I have an SI3 error code

SI3 Error Code

Includes Keys, Iron man, Alliance, Milestone, Encore, Health Trainer, some Smooth models, some Cardio Zone models, Galyans, and several other brands.

Meaning of code:
Treadmill was powered up while it was still folded up. There is a false signal being sent from the fold up sensor to the controller. A false signal is being sent from the console to the controller.

Replace the fold up sensor.

Check the wiring from the console to the controller and the wiring from the sensor to the controller.

Check for a defective or failed F1 fuse.

If problem persists, replace the motor controller.
