The Nordictrack SpaceSaver elliptical is as good as it gets if you want a elliptical and don't have alot of space. The industrial design is excellent and the fold-up mechanism is ingeneious. Nordictrack uses permenant magnets as the attaching mechanism. The only drawback is that they put a good bit of the money in the fold-up mechnism and took too much out of the frame - particularly the vertical support.
