Review Comments:

The Merit 725 wins the 3rd runner up award for our $399 and under category with a good value proposition. A good value, meaining that you don't have to spend much money to buy a machine that you probably won't use much anyway, because if you did use it consistently we figure it would last about 6 months. Really it's not the manufactuer's fault that the machine is so cheap. Retailers force them to make these cheap pieces of crap to try to get you to buy something. So if you want an elliptical please spend at least $500. Horizon makes some pretty good machines in that price range.
