The LifeFitness X5 is one of the better values on the upper end of the elliptical market, but if you are willing to pay this much for an elliptical then you should go ahead and move on up to the X8. It is worth the extra money and it is an amazing machine for the money, especially when you compare it to what is available from Precor.
