An update of the 15.0R with many of the same parts. You still won't be pleased long-term with a treadmill from this price range, but if it is the best you can afford you can do a lot worse for less than $500.

Not a bad choice if you have a very limited budget and plan to baby it. This is really only a walker's treadmill and you must take good care of it for the treadmill to last.
