With all of the cheap imports flooding the low end of the elliptical market, Horizon ellipticals are looking better and better.

Horizon is generally getting better with their quality, but they still have a way to go. Frankly, it is difficult to manufacture an elliptical in this price range for each of the participants (manufacturers, retailers, and consumers) to get an appropriate value for their money. While not up to the same standard as Icon, Horizon is making progress.
