Treadmill Name: Gold's Gym VX 5000
Editor’s Note: Along with the Epic at Costco, this one is hard to beat but it has some shortcomings that aren’t visible to the average consumer. Overall though, its great for less than $900. We would get the extended warranty from UTS with this one.

Review Comments:

A 12 year motor warranty hides the fact that the remainder of the warranty is only one year. Our areas of concern would be the electronics and keypad which typically fails on Icon units, the deck coating which is awfully thin, and the cheap rollers they use but you get a lot of treadmill for your $900.
