The s5.6 is the starting model of a new lineup of psuedo-elliptical units from Freemotion Fitness. They are not steppers and not ellipticals but what they do have is an at-will adjustable stride length up to 35 inches. The motion is a cross between an stepper and elliptical and what is certain is that you will get one heck of a workout. The mechanism is new so you may want to wait until the bugs are worked out. |
