Freemotion is trying to buy market share from the competition by putting quality in the e 7.7 that you will typically find in units that are in the $3000 to $4000 price range. The only real question about Freemotion is if the customer service will resemble the service department at their parent company's mass market division. Freemotion is currently running the specialty customer service out of a seperate call center that takes their commercial service calls, so I am in a wait and see mode. I very rarely go out on a limb in recommending a new unit, but considering the financial strength of the company behind the machine and their ability to support the product, you may want to take a chance. |
