General Information: Sole is a company that sells treadmills that are built for them by Dyaco.  These treadmills are primarily sold at Dick’s Sporting Goods and on Sole’s website.  Sole has quickly established their brand as a good value alternative and with continued product improvements, they appear to be getting more and more aggressive.  You will find their brand pushed all over the Internet by sites known as affiliates who are cleverly disguised as review sites.  Keep in mind; these affiliates get paid when you click over from the affiliate site to Sole to purchase the machine so you would expect the affiliate to love the product.

Manufacturing Philosophy: Sole is putting good components on their machines which makes perfect sense since they are putting such a long warranty on them.  They are trying to sell their treadmills at a value price with a high end warranty and the result is quite good.

Company Outlook: From a startup just a few years ago to putting treadmills for rent in hotels all over the USA, Sole has quickly established itself as a niche player in the US market.  If the attention they have put into the quality of their treadmills pays off, it should make them a player in the market over the long term.
