The Cybex Home Arc Trainer is the standard by which all other dynamically adjustable ellitpical machines are measured. If you are wanting that adjustability, quality, and intensity of workout you have to consider this machine in the mix of your choices. Mix in the stability of Cybex the company and their reputation for quality and you have a winner. If you are a person that wants something a little more simple, than this is probably not the one for you. Then again you probably won't be reading this review if you want simple.
